panel, install hex nut (3) on valve (4)

at front of panel, and secure valve to
panel.
Align tube prior to securing
hex nut.
Install and secure
handle
(1) to stem by tightening set screw
(2) to valve stem.

O-rings

with
silicone
compound
(Item 9, Appendix D), and
install one in the O-ring groove on
each threaded
valve fitting.

Position and tighten tube (9) to valve

a wrench on union
nut (8) and turning clockwise.

Position and tighten tube (6) to valve

Apply pressure
to VrA.
Leak-test
with nonionic detergent
solution (NID)
GP (Item 17, Appendix D). Correct
leaks as necessary.
