Remove tube (6) from valve (4) by

positioning
a wrench on union nut (5)
and
turning
counterclockwise.
Remove, cut, and discard O-ring (7).

Use an allen wrench
to loosen
set
screw (2), and remove handle (1)

from stem on valve (4). Remove hex
nut (3) from valve (4), and remove
valve from panel.

Replace

Use an allen wrench to loosen set
screw (2), and remove handle (1)
from stem of new valve (4). Remove

hex nut (3) from valve (4).
