items, each having its own data sheet
To assure
complete
documentation,
reference

analysis
on each
affected
data sheet.
e. As a minimum the data sheet
should
reflect the following information:

(3) Name of Point of Contact
(4) Description
of Cleaning
Performed
(5) Person
Performing
the Cleaning
(6) Results
of any Analysis
(7) Description
of Item Being Cleaned
(8) Part Number/NSN
