(17) Install spring tension adjusting screw (12) in handle (7).
(18) Install friction drag insert (11)and secure with setscrew (10).
(19) Install handle (7) in valve cover (9) and install pin (8).
(20) Install stop pin (6) and straight pin (5).
(21) Install diaphragm (4) and secure with retainer (3).
(22) Install diffuser (1) in valve body (2).
(23) Install adjustable exhaust valve (para. a.).
